JIANGSU, China, 2026 — Suzhou Jingman Technology Co., Ltd., operating under the JINMANO brand, is planning upgrades to its production workshop to support future product development, prototype assembly, production preparation, and quality management.
The plan focuses on four areas: expanding workshop space, evaluating automated production equipment, preparing for an AI-enabled smart warehouse system, and studying the feasibility of intelligent warehouse robots.
The project remains in the planning and assessment stage. Workshop size, equipment models, system providers, investment, implementation schedule, capacity changes, and operating dates have not been finalized. This announcement describes a future capability-building direction and does not mean that the facilities or systems are already in operation.

Why JINMANO Is Planning a Workshop Upgrade
As JINMANO develops its portfolio across 3C smart digital products, small home appliances, and automotive accessories, the company needs to assess whether its current space and workflows can support a wider range of new-product projects.
A product moving from concept toward the market may require design reviews, engineering samples, assembly verification, testing, packaging confirmation, and production preparation. Different projects can create different requirements for workstations, equipment, materials, inspection areas, and warehouse processes.
The objective is not simply to create a larger workshop or add more machines. It is to explore a clearer relationship between R&D, prototyping, production, quality inspection, and warehousing.
1. Planning for Expanded Workshop Space
Workshop planning will begin with actual workflows. JINMANO will assess space requirements for prototype work, assembly, testing, finished-product inspection, packaging, and material movement, together with the connections between these areas.
Potential layout changes may include dedicated areas for sample preparation, assembly, quality inspection, materials awaiting review, approved materials, and packaging preparation. The final design would need to reflect product types, process requirements, safety, and expected operating needs.
A more structured layout may help reduce unnecessary movement, material crossover, and confusion over inspection status. It can also create clearer checkpoints for recording and following up on quality issues.
Site conditions, personnel movement, fire safety, electrical requirements, environmental management, and future flexibility will be included in the assessment. No expansion plan will proceed without the required professional reviews and approvals.
2. Evaluating Automated Production Equipment
Automation can improve consistency in suitable repetitive processes, but not every task benefits from automation. JINMANO plans to review current and expected production workflows before identifying operations with a clear automation use case.
The assessment will consider repetition, quality requirements, product changeover, maintenance, employee training, machine safety, and data records. Processes used during new-product development may change frequently, so equipment flexibility will also matter.
Automation does not remove the need for people. Machine settings, material status, first-piece confirmation, exception handling, and final quality decisions must remain under the responsibility of trained personnel.
The company will evaluate automation by its contribution to the workflow rather than by the number of machines installed.
3. Preparing for an AI-Enabled Smart Warehouse
Material management is an important part of product development and production preparation. If item names, batches, locations, quantities, and inspection status are not recorded clearly, prototype schedules and quality traceability can be affected.
JINMANO plans to evaluate how an AI-enabled warehouse system could assist with material classification, storage-location suggestions, inventory searches, demand planning, exception alerts, and data summaries. The system would also need to connect appropriately with purchasing, production, quality, and order processes.
AI may help identify repeated information, changing inventory patterns, and issues requiring attention, but reliable decisions still depend on accurate data. Critical inventory changes, material releases, and status updates would require controlled permissions and human review.
Data security will form part of the system plan, including account access, activity records, backups, sensitive information, and contingency procedures.
4. Studying Intelligent Warehouse Robots
After assessing warehouse workflows and site conditions, JINMANO will study whether intelligent warehouse robots could support material transport, location delivery, and other repetitive movement tasks.
The value of warehouse robotics depends on the environment. Aisle width, floor conditions, package dimensions, load requirements, employee movement, safety zones, and system scheduling all affect feasibility.
The company intends to define the specific problem first and compare technical options second. A warehouse robot should not be introduced only as a symbol of automation; it should integrate safely and reliably with actual production and warehouse operations.
Human–robot collaboration will therefore be a priority. The assessment will need to define operating boundaries, avoidance rules, emergency stops, maintenance responsibilities, and incident procedures.

Connecting Space, Equipment, Data, and Logistics
Workshop expansion, automated equipment, an AI-enabled warehouse, and warehouse robots are not four isolated projects. Long-term value depends on whether the physical space, machines, data, and material flows can work together.
A new layout may need to reserve space for equipment and transport routes. The warehouse system must maintain accurate material status. Robots would require clear tasks and location information. Production and quality teams would still need to confirm that materials and products are ready for the next stage.
JINMANO therefore plans to design around the complete workflow rather than purchase technology first and adapt the process later. Each area would move through requirement definition, feasibility comparison, pilot validation, and outcome review.
Supporting Product Development and Prototyping
The planned production workshop upgrade is intended to support future new-product development. Projects such as the foldable portable hair dryer currently under development may require flexible workstations, organized materials, and traceable issue records during prototyping and engineering validation.
Automated equipment may support suitable repeated tasks. A smart warehouse could help teams locate and manage materials, while warehouse robots may eventually support standardized movement. Whether these capabilities suit a particular product will depend on its final design and actual testing.
An R&D prototype is not a mass-produced product. The upgrade plan also does not mean that any product under development has completed validation or received a confirmed release date.
Quality Management Remains Central
Suzhou Jingman Technology operates its own production workshop and maintains an established quality-inspection system. Supported by the management team and Jiale Holdings Group’s years of experience in foreign-trade production and export, the company has built capabilities across R&D, production coordination, quality inspection, and cross-border delivery.
Quality management will remain central to the planned upgrade. Equipment and systems may create more complete records, but product quality must still be confirmed through physical samples, inspection criteria, test evidence, and human review.
JINMANO will examine how the future workflow can strengthen incoming-material status, production checks, finished-product inspection, exception records, and corrective-action follow-up.

Training and Cross-Functional Cooperation
Smart manufacturing depends on people as well as hardware and software. Before automated equipment, warehouse systems, or robots can enter operation, employees need appropriate training in operation, safety, maintenance responsibilities, and exception handling.
JINMANO plans to include R&D, production, quality, purchasing, and warehouse personnel in the evaluation so that future systems reflect real work requirements.
The purpose of the technology plan is not simply to reduce staffing. It is to reduce repetitive work and help employees focus on quality decisions, problem-solving, maintenance, and process improvement.
A Staged and Verifiable Plan
The company expects to progress through requirement research, workflow analysis, site planning, technical comparison, limited validation, and staged review. Implementation decisions will be made only after safety, technology, quality, cost, and operating conditions have been assessed.
If a pilot does not meet expectations, JINMANO will adjust the scope, equipment approach, or schedule. The company will not publish unverified claims about capacity, efficiency, or cost savings before evidence is available.
